As a registered customer, please use the return form in your account by clicking "Orders" > "Return". Follow the instructions on the screen.
If you have ordered as a guest, please fill out the form below. As soon as your return label has been created, we will send it to the email address you provided. The return label will not be created automatically. Please also fill out the return document and place it inside the return parcel.
The return shipment is free of charge for you from within Germany. If the return shipment is made from abroad, the costs incurred for this will not be covered.
